Corporate Development Representative

  • The Corporate Development Representative is responsible for phone-based warm lead generation. This position requires heavy inbound/outbound phone calls and lead qualification to generate new clients. The Corporate Development Rep will be expected to use expert phone skills for lead generation, inbound lead management, information gathering and assisting in helping to manage sales/marketing campaigns. They will be responsible for managing a lead pipeline, report on leads generated and stay thoroughly informed on all KnowTia products and the CRM industry in general.
 
Responsibilities
  • Meet or exceed lead quota through phone-based qualification.
  • Provide qualified leads (opportunities) to CRM Consultants
  • Provide sales/marketing campaign support and lead generation for programs as appropriate.
  • Track all relevant call activity using Oasis CRM (including call activity, lead qualification details, lead pipeline, opportunity pipeline, etc.)
  • Time management prioritized against call campaigns, lead pipeline and lead generation goals
  • Achieve and maintain expertise & knowledge in CRM industry.
  • Achieve and maintain a working knowledge of all KnowTia’s solutions.
  • Independent, highly motivated, and success driven approach to responsibilities.
  • Interact comfortably with the Vice President of Sales, Major Account Reps, mid-level and senior management, both internal and external.
 
Qualifications:
  • BS/BA ~ Business Management/Marketing Preferrably
  • Demonstrable phone-based selling skills.
  • Proven track record of exceptional lead generation results.
  • B2B and/or software sales experience is required.
  • Experience working with QuickBooks Pro, Premier or Enterprise Solutions.
  • Knowledge of CRM/Contact Manager/SFA solutions is required.
  • Attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, superior time management skills and ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Superior oral and written communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office products, including Outlook, Word and Excel.
